Substitute Teacher Training

There is no charge for this training, call 207-375-6605

Substitute teaching is a way to help your community while earning extra money. Work as little or as much as you want. This workshop provides information about school expectations, teachers lesson plans, and class management. Persons who complete this course successfully may be enrolled as substitute teachers for RSU4, Sabattus, Litchfield, Wales.

Bus Drivers Course

Regional School Unit (RSU) 4 and Oak Hill Adult Education Programs are offering commercial driver license (CDL) classes this  January free of charge. The project aims to help fill a critical workforce need across Maine for school bus drivers. They are actively recruiting for immediate positions. Classes will be held at OHHS. 

All classes will be held at Oak Hill High School unless otherwise stated.

You can register in person at Oak Hill High School or by mail at 56 School Rd. Wales, ME 04280. Or you can register by phone at

You can pay by cash, check or money order.
